Visitor Experience Assistant
This role is within the Wakehurst, Visitor Experience & Commercial Team, responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for all visitors to Wakehurst.
This role will be accountable for ensuring high standards of customer service and excellent levels of retail presentation are maintained as well as driving retail and membership sales to ensure that income and KPI targets are delivered.
As part of this role working alternate weekends and late nights during events will be required.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a visitor/customer facing role, with exceptional customer service skills, who genuinely enjoys interactions with the public and is prepared to go the extra mile to ensure an outstanding visitor experience.
Previous experience working in a retail environment would be beneficial, including visual merchandising as well as any experience with membership or loyalty programmes.

The salary for this position is £25,860 per annum (pro rata) [Grade 1a]
