IT Project Manager (SharePoint)
In support of RBG Kew's mission, you will be responsible for Project support for the SharePoint project through the phases, the project will concentrate on setting up SharePoint on a best practice architecture, moving/updating existing sites within SharePoint, plan the migration from on-premise shares and implementing data lifecycle management with an option of a digital archive solution. This will be achieved by working closely with the IT team (SharePoint Developer), Records Management and stakeholders who own or require SharePoint sites.
This role will be instrumental in delivering a clearly defined process for managing SharePoint within the organisation and manage the data held within the sites.

- Professional qualification in PRINCE2 (Practitioner)
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Project
- Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
- Substantive experience of leading and managing delivery of technology-based projects involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups in a collaborative manner
- Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects, ideally around SharePoint projects
- Interest in and knowledge of technology trends
- Accuracy and attention to detail with written and verbal communication

The salary for this position is £45,200 - £52,312 per annum (pro rata), depending on skills and experience [Band E]
