We're looking for a skilled Head of Product to oversee the development of Kew's public-facing digital products and services as we deliver our ambitious Digital Strategy. You'll shape the strategy and delivery of a diverse portfolio of products that connect millions of people with our world-leading science, conservation and visitor experiences.

You’ll be passionate about developing user-focussed digital products and services, creating digital product strategies and managing a portfolio of digital products. You’ll lead the digital products vision, roadmap and framework for Kew, heading up a team of motivated Digital Product Managers to identify and deliver improvements to our existing portfolio of products, including kew.org and shop.kew.org. You’ll work with a diverse range of other teams across the organisation to creatively develop new digital products and services that deliver real value for our users.
This role is part of Kew’s Digital department and reports to the Director of Digital. If you're passionate about building high-quality digital products that balance user needs with organisational goals, we'd love to hear from you.

The salary for this position is £61,337 - £71,424 per year, depending on experience [Band F7]
