We are looking for a Garden Manager to join the Landscape and Horticulture Team. The position covers a range of high-profile areas across the Gardens including the Water Gardens, Asian Heath Garden, Winter Garden, American Prairie and areas of the wider landscape.
The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in maintaining the world class collections at Wakehurst. They will also be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the new Designed Landscape Plan which sets out an ambitious programme of transformations within the Garden. In addition, the post holder will help with the development of a living collections succession plan to guide future planting decisions in the landscape.

The salary will be £38,100 per annum [Band D]
